Fresh off the mic! I joinedย Dustin Robinsonย on his podcast ๐๐'๐ณ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฏ๐ข ๐๐ฐ๐ท๐ฆ ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ด, to talk about what's really holding businesses back from making AI work, and why the answer isn't what most leaders expect.
Here's the honest truth from the ground: A few things that stuck with me from our conversation:
- 40% of teams using AI are spending their saved time sanity-checking what AI produced. That's not productivity. That's a trust problem. And trust only comes when your data is right, your people are trained, and leadership stops treating AI as a strategy announcement and starts treating it as a co-creation effort.
ย - We also unpacked some of what I took away from Davos this year, including the VUCA reality (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) that most businesses are still reacting to rather than building resilience around. The leaders who are pulling ahead aren't doing more. They're building the right architecture from the ground up.
Which is exactly why I'm proud thatย NXERA Consultingย works alongside the team led byย Nishith (Nish) Srivastavaย atย The Agentics Co.ย - we don't just layer AI on top of what already exists, we re-engineer businesses to be AI-native, embedding agentic AI and multi-agent systems where they actually move the needle.
If you're a founder, CEO, decision maker, or corporate asking "we know we need AI, but where do we actually start?", this episode is for you.
